AUTHENTICITY

All luxury items sold by ShopGraceVintage, LLC are inspected in-house and/or authenticated by a third party authenticator before the listing goes live on shopgracevintage.com. Many items sourced may even go through multiple third party authentication inspections. Any counterfeit item that comes into Grace Vintage's possession will be destroyed. ShopGraceVintage, LLC offers a '100% authenticity guaranteed or your money back' policy. If in the unlikely event that a luxury item purchased from ShopGraceVintage, LLC is proven inauthentic, a full refund will be issued. In order to issue a full refund, two written certificates from two separate reputable industry authenticators must be provided.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped USPS and any orders over $1000 value will require a signature. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. ShopGraceVintage, LLC is not responsible for the package once tracking begins. ShopGraveVintage, LLC cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time as delays may occur due to unforeseen factors that are out of our or the carrier’s control. Please check your shipping address carefully at check out to ensure it is accurate and complete. ShopGraceVintage, LLC is not responsible for any packages that are returned to us or marked undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Any packages returned to ShopGraceVintage, LLC and needing reshipment will be shipped at the customer’s expense. The customer will also be billed for any fees incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on returned shipments. If the address information that you have provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@shopgracevintage.com. ShopGraceVintage, LLC has zero tolerance for fraud, and any order with a shipping address that is different from the billing address will be contacted prior to shipment to verify identity and addresses.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

ShopGraceVintage, LLC offers a two(2) hour grace period from the time of order placement for order cancellation. Customer will be refunded the full purchase price minus credit card processing fees. Please let us know of any necessary cancellation as soon as possible. In the event that an order needs cancellation and is past the (2) hour grace period and has not yet shipped, buyer will incur an 15% restocking fee. 

Due to the nature of sourcing luxury vintage items, all sales are final and ShopGraceVintage, LLC does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review each item listing carefully and reach out to hello@shopgracevintage.com with any questions. In the event that an item was incorrectly described, returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ShopGraceVintage, LLC goes to great lengths to accurately describe and photograph every item. In order to prevent fraud, ShopGraceVintage, LLC will take detailed photos of each item sold and video the packaging and shipping of every order.

 

CONDITION

All vintage items sold by ShopGraceVintage, LLC are meticulously inspected for any damages or areas of concern, and each item's condition is described in detail on it's listing page. Photos of any areas of damage will also be posted on the listing page. Please inquire before purchasing on any areas of concern regarding the condition of an item.
