Are your designer items authentic?
At SGV, it is of utmost importance that we source and sell only authentic vintage designer pieces. All items over $1000 will include a certificate of authenticity from a third party authenticator free of charge with your purchase. There is a listing to purchase a certificate of authenticity for $30 if you'd like one with your purchase of any item under $1000.
How do I know the condition of vintage pieces sold at SGV?
Each item goes through rigorous inspection to note and detail any flaw or damage associated with the item's history on it's listing page. Please see below for the rating scale we use:
MINT: Item is new (with or without tags and with or without packaging) and appears to be unworn. It has no imperfections.
EXCELLENT: Item is clean and appears lightly used. It has minimal and hardly noticeable wear.
GREAT: Item is clean and in good working condition. It has some minor noticeable wear.
GOOD: Item has multiple noticeable signs of wear but is in good working condition.
FAIR: Item has obvious signs of wear or flaws and may be in need of repair.
At SGV, we aim to mainly source items in Great or Excellent condition. We work very hard to detail the item's condition as accurately as possible using photos and in the item details. It is rare that a vintage item has no signs of wear, but also common to find pieces in great or excellent condition that can be worn for years to come. A lot of vintage pieces were made using much better quality construction and materials than are used today, so you can feel confident knowing that you're item will last! By purchasing vintage or second-hand, you're making a sustainable purchase, and are adding to an item's history and story.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped USPS, and any orders over $500 value will require a signature. If you wish to waive the signature upon delivery, please note this at checkout. By waiving the signature, you accept full responsibility for the package as soon as it is dropped off to USPS by Grace Vintage.
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped(we aim to ship your order the day it's placed or the following day due to the time of order placement). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are happy to offer complimentary shipping to our customers on all orders over $500!
Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand that sometimes we change our mind and that's OK! We offer a (6) hour grace period for order cancellations. Please us know ASAP if you'd like to cancel an order so that we may return the item to our site for others to purchase.
Do you accept returns?
We regret that we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on our vintage items. Our policy is due to the nature of sourcing and the care involved in curating vintage inventory. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason or feel that your item was misrepresented, please reach out to us at hello@shopgracevintage.com and we will find a solution! We aim for every SGV customer to be thrilled with their purchase.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer payment plans through ShopPay.
Do you offer consignment or buyouts?
At this time, we do not offer consignment. If you have an item that you are looking to sell, please contact us at hello@shopgracevintage.com or visit our contact page for a buyout quote.
Where do you source your vintage items?
ShopGraceVintage, LLC is a registered business in the stage of Georgia and we are registered with a sales and use tax certificate. This enables us to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and shop in wholesale markets from around the world! There are so many great vintage and pre-loved pieces out there and sourcing is one of our favorite parts of owning a vintage store!
