SHIPPING

All orders are shipped USPS and any orders over $1000 value will require a signature. If you wish to waive the signature at delivery, please put this request in the notes at checkout. By waiving the signature at delivery, you accept full financial responsibility for your package once it leaves the our facility.

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. ShopGraveVintage, LLC cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time as delays may occur due to unforeseen factors that are out of our or the carrier’s control. Please check your shipping address carefully at check out to ensure it is accurate and complete. ShopGraceVintage, LLC is not responsible for any packages that are returned to us or marked undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Any packages returned to ShopGraceVintage, LLC and needing reshipment will be shipped at the customer’s expense. The customer will also be billed for any fees incurred. We are unable to offer refunds on returned shipments. If the address information that you have provided is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopgracevintage.com.
